Goa – An Incomparable Travel Destination in India


Goa is the land of fun and frolic, exciting beaches and carnivals. It is situated between the borders of Maharastra and Karnataka. The St. Francis of Assisi Church – the beautiful church is lime plastered and the statue of St. Francis is made out of wood. The statue of our lady of Miracles is brought from Sri Lanka. With its marvelous structure, it is worth visiting place. Temples Though it is a Christian destination, it has a number of major temples. Some of them are Mangeshi Temple, Shantadurga Temple, Sri Mahalakshmi Temple, Sri Kamakshi Temple, Sri Vithal Temple, Sri Devki Krishna Temple, Sri Ajanta Temple and Sri Chandreshwar Temple.

Salim Ali Bird Sanctuary and Catigao Wildlife Sanctuary are the other famous wildlife sanctuaries.
